If the lactating person has Cigna insurance, I will bill Cigna directly through a partnership with Wildflower Health. You must click here to verify coverage before requesting an Initial appointment. 

All Initial Cigna consults have two parts:

1- A required a 30 minute Virtual Intake meeting, which occurs within a few days BEFORE the scheduled Initial Consult. I will reach out directly to schedule this intake meeting after I have confirmed the request for the Initial Consult.

2 - A 1 hour Initial Consult (either In-Home or Office).

Cigna will fully cover at least 6 consults at no cost to the patient (no copays or deductibles).

I am happy to come to your home for this Initial Consult, but all Follow-Up Consults with Cigna must be at my office in Beverly unless you are medically unable to leave home.

  • Cigna Initial Consults can be In-Home or Office.

    Follow-Up, Return to Work and Weaning Consults must be Office visits.

    Cigna Prenatal consults may be Office (45 minutes) or Virtual (30 minutes).

  • All In-Home Consults are subject to a $50 Home Visit Convenience Fee. You can avoid this fee by booking an Office Consult. This is the only money you will owe, there are no co-pays or deductible payments for Cigna clients.
